Thx. It appears it's not possible to get access to DoD SAFE to send drops unless you have gov/MIL email. Even with ECA smart card. Issue rly is gfe account requires gfe asset or.

Ask them to send it via DOD safe instead. Idk if you can view encrypted emails without the Microsoft outlook application on a NIPR computer.
When I was doing DoD stuff, I'd just call a buddy over at EOD and get the hard drives wrapped in det cord whenever they were doing controlled detonations. 20G or more shockwave plus.
